BACON

Cook thick-cut bacon on a wire roasting rack, in the oven, for 40-45 minutes, and at 375F.

Optional: Wrap bacon around asparagus.

SALAD TOPPING

  • Bacon

  • Walnuts

  • Pecans

  • Pre-cooked chicken, diced

  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Water

  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Rub, e.g. Grill 'n' Chips

Cut 3 slices of bacon into squares and pan-fry. Remove grease by pouring the grease into a coffee filter and Mason jar for later use. Add the nuts, sugar, and water. After the water has reduced, add the All-Purpose rub and stir. Then, add the pre-cooked chicken and stir again. Remove from heat and let the chicken warm up.

Add to your favorite homemade salad.

SPICY BEEF, BROCCOLI, AND CHEDDAR RICE

  • Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli Rice & Pasta Blend

  • 1/3 lbs. Ground Beef

  • 1 Teaspoon Fire Tornado

Cook the packaged rice according to the instructions. Add beef to hot pan and add 1/2 Tsp of Fire Tornado. After meat has cooked thoroughly, add the other 1/2 Tsp of Fire Tornado. Add meat to finished rice and mix.

If using 1 pound of ground beef, use 1 tablespoon of seasoning, but still only add 1/3 of the cooked beef to rice.
