GRILLED CHUCK ROAST

Trim excess fat (optional).

Cover all sides with one of our All Purpose Rubs.

We prefer Café Filet.

Place on the top rack or removable rack.

Grill at 350F for 3.5 hours.

Flip at the 1.5 hour mark.

Remove from grill and let rest for 1 hour.

Slide against the grain and serve.
