Grill pizzas at 400F on a pizza stone for 6 minutes.
For stovetop and low carb pizza:
Prepare toppings.
Add tallow to hot pan (see Brisket recipe) (optional if using non-stick pan).
Add shredded parmesan cheese to hot pan. Ensure that the cheese forms a unified layer.
After cheese melts together, flip.
Add S&G Barbecue sauce, prepared toppings, and cheese.
Cover.
When the added cheese has melted, remove the pizza to a plate or cutting board.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
