Chuck Roast (Crock Pot)

  1. Trim excess fat (optional).

  2. Cover all sides with one of our All Purpose Rubs.

    1. We prefer Café Filet.

  3. Place on the top rack or removable rack.

  4. Grill at 350F for 3.5 hours.

    1. Flip at the 1.5 hour mark.

  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 1 hour.

  6. Slide against the grain and serve.

Chuck Roast (Crock Pot)

The gravy that is made with just the juices and the rub in incredible!

  1. Trim excess fat (optional).

  2. Cover all sides with one of our All Purpose Rubs.

    1. We prefer Café Filet. It will make the most amazing gravy/sauce.

  3. Crock pot on Low for 3.5 hours.

  4. Shred before removing.
